POPXICAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance and Nature of the Business By visiting our site and/or purchasing from POPXICAN, you agree to the following terms. POPXICAN is a trademark currently undergoing registration with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI) under the corresponding files for Classes 35 and 42. The total or partial reproduction of our logo, graphic designs, and industrial furniture designs is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property and Product Design We specialize in the design of multifunctional furniture for small spaces. Technical specifications, including the use of high-quality materials such as Parota wood and black PVC laminate, are described on each product page. The images in our store are representative; due to the organic nature of wood, the grains, tones, and textures may vary slightly from one piece to another. This is not considered a manufacturing defect, but rather a unique design characteristic.

3. Prices and Modifications The prices of our products are stated in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability POPXICAN shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the improper use of the furniture. The customer is responsible for verifying that the dimensions of the furniture (as specified on the website) fit their spaces and access points (doors, elevators, stairs) prior to making a purchase.
