POPXICAN RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At POPXICAN, every piece is made to order, ensuring the customization and quality that characterize us. Due to the nature of our production, we apply the following cancellation and return policies:

1. Cancellations and Grace Period (7 Days) Since our furniture is manufactured exclusively for you, we only accept order cancellations within the first 7 calendar days following your purchase confirmation. This is our grace period before acquiring materials and beginning the assembly process. After this time, the order enters production, and cancellations for a "change of mind" will not be accepted.

2. Returns for Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage We will only accept returns outside the grace period if the furniture presents a verifiable manufacturing defect or if it sustained damage during transit. The protocol to follow depends on your location:

  • A) If you are located in CDMX: You must inspect the furniture at the time of delivery by our freight team. If you detect any damage, you must notify the installers immediately so the piece can be returned to our workshop right then.

  • B) If you are located outside of CDMX (National Shipping):

    • Visible damage to the packaging: If upon receiving your order you notice that the wooden crate is broken, dented, or severely damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PIECE. Refuse delivery from the carrier and notify us immediately at [email protected] or, for faster service, send us a message with photographs via WhatsApp at +52 56 4747 3602.

    • Concealed damage (Interior): If the crate arrived in good condition, but upon opening it the furniture presents damage, you have a maximum period of 3 calendar days from receipt to report it to [email protected] or send us a message attaching clear photographs of the damage via WhatsApp at +52 56 4747 3602 for a swift resolution.

Mandatory condition for national returns: To process any exchange or return, it is strictly necessary that you keep the original wooden crate. Without the original crate, we will not be able to process the return of the piece.

Process: Once your report is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. You must pack the furniture in its original crate and ship it to our workshop located at: Calle 13 de Septiembre 80, Col. Escandón I Sección, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11800, Mexico City. Upon receiving and evaluating the piece, we will proceed with the replacement of the damaged furniture or the corresponding refund.

3. Refund Process and Timelines If your cancellation request (within the grace period) or return request (for a verifiable defect) is approved, we will process your refund immediately.

  • The amount will be fully refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5 to 30 business days to reflect on your account statement.
