POPXICAN SHIPPING POLICY
Our delivery logistics are divided into two methods depending on your location, ensuring that your multifunctional furniture arrives in optimal condition.
1. Shipping within Mexico City (CDMX) - Free! All shipments within CDMX have no additional cost.

Comprehensive Service: We use a specialized private freight and moving service. The service includes transportation, packaging, unpacking, and the placement of the furniture in the designated space, leaving it ready for use.

Maneuvering: The staff is trained to carry the furniture up stairs to the required level. Important note: Under no circumstances do we perform "hoisting" maneuvers over balconies, windows, or rooftops.

Assembly and Installation: If your furniture requires specific assembly or installation at home, we will send a specialized team to do it at no additional cost.
2. National Shipping (Rest of the Mexican Republic) Shipments outside of CDMX have an additional cost that is not included in the furniture price shown in the store.

Coverage and Carriers: We primarily work with Almex and Paquetexpress. Depending on your zip code, delivery may be to your Doorstep or in "Ocurre" modality (the customer must pick up the furniture at the carrier's regional warehouse). We will always notify you in advance of the availability that applies to your area.

High-Security Packaging: Furniture is generally shipped assembled and protected inside a custom wooden crate adapted for the use of a pallet jack. We will send you detailed instructions on how to open the crate and safely extract your furniture.

National Assembly: We do not offer installation or assembly services outside of CDMX. If your piece requires basic assembly, we will send precise instructions and all necessary tools (hardware, Allen wrenches, etc.) inside the packaging.

Shipping Restrictions: For the safety and integrity of the materials, we do not ship mirrors or furniture containing glass pieces larger than 60x60 cm for national shipments.
